Hello Readers,
I
never thought in a million years I would have the opportunity to visit Paris,
one of my favorite cities in the entire world. Paris is the fashion capital,
the city of love, the home of the Mona Lisa, and the location of the famous
Eiffel Tower. I can now say that I had the opportunity to not only visit but to
experience the culture. This may sound cliché but coming to Paris really
changed my outlook on life. Living in the US we are so accustomed to a
different way of living and honestly quite spoiled. So upon coming to Paris,
the city humbled me completely. I recommend everyone at least once in their
lifetime travel outside the states and get a feel of other cultures. For me I
was able to experience it first hand and that I will never forget.
Paris helped me
heal
As
many of you may know, last month I experienced a loss in my life that I will
never forget. Coming to Paris helped heal my scar. I never realized how strong
I was until being strong was all I had left in me to do. So choosing to be
happy and not let my depression consume me is what helped me get through. This trip
solidified it. I encourage everyone that is facing adversity to choose
happiness, to choose to live for them, and to never give up no matter how hard
it may seem. Some will never understand what you've been through, some will
expect you to get over it, and others will judge you for moving on quickly.
However, that’s fine, you aren’t living for them. You are living for yourself.
Take A Look into
Paris
So I want to share with my readers a recap
of my trip and pictures of some of my favorite places I had the opportunity to
visit during my stay. For me memories are the most important thing to have, so
why not share them with you all.
